Disclosed are a liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship control system and a control method thereof capable of minimizing a loss of boil off gas (BOG) and optimizing a reliquefied amount. The liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship control system comprises: an input unit, which receives the current internal pressure value according to generation of the current BOG supplied from a hold when an amount of the currently generated BOG supplied from the hold is supplied to a thruster engine or is resupplied from the hold through a reliquefaction device, and receives at least one among a BOG predictive value predicted on the basis of weather information of a weather center and the current internal pressure value according to generation of the current BOG and an internal pressure change predictive value from a hold model providing unit; a calculating unit for calculating at least one among a target BOG value and a target internal pressure value required for the thruster engine and the reliquefaction device based on at least one among the BOG predictive value and the internal pressure change predictive value inputted; and a control unit, which receives at least one among the BOG predictive value and the internal pressure change predictive value, receives at least one among the target BOG value and the target internal pressure value calculated, and operates at least one among the thruster engine and the reliquefaction device depending on at least one among the target BOG value and the target internal pressure value calculated.

    LNG 선박 제어 시스템 및 그 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 LNG 선박 제어 시스템 및 그 제어 방법은 화물창으로부터 공급되는 현재 BOG(Boil Off Gas) 발생량을 추진 엔진에 공급하거나 재액화 장치를 통해 화물창에서 다시 공급받을 때에, 화물창으로부터 공급되는 현재 BOG 발생에 따른 현재 내부 압력 값을 입력받고, 화물창 모델 제공부에서 기상 센터의 기상 정보 및 현재 BOG 발생에 따른 현재 내부 압력 값을 기초로 예측한 BOG 예측값과 내부 압력 변화 예측값중 적어도 하나를 입력받는 입력부; 입력된 BOG 예측값과 내부 압력 변화 예측값중 적어도 하나를 기초로 추진 엔진과 재액화 장치중 적어도 하나에 필요한 목표 BOG값과 목표 내부 압력값중 적어도 하나를 산출하는 산출부; 및 BOG 예측값과 내부 압력 변화 예측값중 적어도 하나를 공급받고, 산출된 목표 BOG값과 목표 내부 압력값중 적어도 하나를 공급받으며, 산출된 목표 BOG값과 목표 내부 압력값중 적어도 하나에 맞춰 추진 엔진과 재액화 장치중 적어도 하나를 구동시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
