가요성, 내열 연화성을 유지하면서, 절연층 사이의 밀착성의 향상과 도체까지 도달하는 균열의 발생의 방지를 양립함으로써 내굴곡 신뢰성을 향상시키고, 나아가서는 내ATF 특성이 우수한 평각 절연 전선을 제공한다. 평각 절연 전선 (1) 은, 단면이 대략 사각형인 평각 도체 (2) 와, 그 평각 도체를 덮어 형성된 열경화성 수지층 (3) 과, 그 열경화성 수지층을 덮어 형성된 열가소성 수지층 (4) 과, 열가소성 수지층 (4) 을 덮어 형성된 열가소성 수지층 (5) 을 구비한다. 열경화성 수지층 (3) 과 열가소성 수지층 (4) 의 밀착 강도와 열가소성 수지층 ((4), (5)) 간의 밀착 강도는, 각각 50 gf/㎜ ∼ 100 gf/㎜ 이다. 열가소성 수지층 (4) 에 있어서, 시차 주사 열량 분석에 의해 측정한 융해 열량 및 결정화 열량에 기초하여 산출되는 상대 결정화도가 20 % 이상 50 % 이하이다.

    Provided is a rectangular insulated wire having an improved flex resistance property by achieving both an improvement in adhesion between insulating layers and prevention of occurrence of a crack reaching a conductor, while maintaining flexibility and resistance to thermal softening, and further having an excellent AFT-resistant property. A rectangular insulated wire (1) is provided with a rectangular conductor (2) having a generally rectangular cross section, a thermosetting resin layer (3) formed to cover the rectangular conductor, a thermoplastic resin layer (4) formed to cover the thermosetting resin layer, and a thermoplastic resin layer (5) formed to cover the thermoplastic resin layer (4). An adhesion strength between the thermosetting resin layer (3) and the thermoplastic resin layer (4) and an adhesion strength between the thermoplastic resin layers (4) and (5) are 50 gf/mm to 100 gf/mm, respectively. In the thermoplastic resin layer (4), a relative crystallinity calculated based on heat of fusion and heat of crystallization measured by differential scanning calorimetry is greater than or equal to 20% and less than or equal to 50%.
