The present invention relates to a system for extracting recognition areas related to dynamic objects. The system for extracting recognition areas related to dynamic objects includes a radar transmission and reception means which emits radio waves to a multi-lane road and receives waves reflected from a target vehicle running on the multi-lane road; an image recording means which records full-frame images including the target vehicle and the multi-lane road twice or more; and a control unit including a radar speed computing unit, which analyzes the radar signals being transmitted or received by the radar transmission and reception means to generate driving information related to the target vehicle, and an image processing unit, which analyzes the driving information of the target vehicle to extract a first recognition area including an area including the license plate of the target vehicle from the full-frame images recorded in advance and a second recognition area including an area including the license plate of the target vehicle by adjusting the location and size of the full-frame images recorded afterward. The system can accordingly reduce the data processing volume by minimizing the recognition areas extracted from the images recorded afterward to enhance the processing speed. The system also can extract the recognition areas including the license plates of vehicles reliably to enhance the vehicle recognition efficiency.

    본 발명은 다차선 도로에 방사파를 출사하고, 상기 다차선 도로를 주행하는 타겟차량으로부터 반사되는 반사파를 수신하는 레이더송수신수단; 상기 다차선 도로 및 상기 타겟차량을 포함하는 풀프레임 영상을 적어도 2회 이상 촬영하는 영상촬영수단; 및 상기 레이더송수신수단으로부터 송수신된 레이더 신호를 분석하여 상기 타겟차량에 대한 주행정보를 생성하는 레이더속도연산부, 상기 타겟차량의 상기 주행정보를 분석하여 선 촬영된 풀프레임 영상에서 상기 타겟차량의 번호판이 위치한 영역을 포함하는 제1 인식 영역을 추출하고, 후 촬영된 풀프레임 영상에서의 위치와 크기를 조절하여 상기 타겟차량의 번호판이 위치한 영역을 포함하는 제2 인식 영역을 추출하는 영상처리부를 포함하는 제어부;를 포함하는 동적객체에 대한 인식영역 추출시스템을 제공함으로써, 후 촬영된 영상에서 추출되는 인식 영역을 최소화함으로써 데이터 처리 용량을 줄여 처리 속도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 차량 번호판을 포함하는 인식 영역을 신뢰성 있게 추출함으로써 차량 인식 효율을 높일 수 있다.
