The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation system capable of purifying water, which purifies water quality contaminants such as phosphorus or nitrogen, non-point contaminants, and the like generating green algae in reservoir, river, stream and the like by using water quality purifying pipes, zeolite, water plant, oyster, waste shell, microorganism, and the like at a lower end of water surface, which is provided with a photovoltaic power generation facility on an upper end of water surface to generate power and use the power for purifying water quality while using remaining power for commercial purposes, and which uses purified water for raw water of water supply. The photovoltaic power generation system capable of purifying water can be installed in a region not utilized such as dam of a flood adjusting place, reservoir and river, idle place of riverside, thereby not being limited to an installation space. According to the present invention, it is possible to purify water quality contaminants of green algae and the like generated in reservoir, river and stream and to purify water quality from phosphorus or nitrogen, non-point contaminants, and the like generating green algae by using water quality purifying pipes (200), zeolite (460), water plant (480), oyster, waste shell, and microorganism. In addition, since the photovoltaic power generation system of the present invention is provided with a power generation facility at an edge of water to generate power, most of the power is used for purifying water quality and remaining power can be used for commercial purposes. In addition, it is possible to prevent approach of a float floating on water surface, thereby preventing a photovoltaic module from being damaged by the float. Even if the photovoltaic module is contaminated through continuous use, the photovoltaic module can be washed to maintain high power generation efficiency.

    본 발명은 저수지, 강, 하천 등지에서 녹조를 발생시키는 인 또는 질소 및 비점오염물질 등의 수질오염물질을 수질 정화관과 제올라이트(불석)와 수생식물, 굴, 폐각, 미생물 등을 이용하여 수면 하단에서 수질을 정화시키고, 수면 상단에는 태양발전설비를 구비하여 발전을 하여 전력을 수질정화에 이용하고 남는 전력은 상업용으로 이용하며, 정화된 물을 상수도 원수로 사용하는 수질정화가 가능한 태양광 발전 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 홍수조절지의 댐이나, 저수지 및 강, 하천 둔치의 유휴지에 설치할 수 있는 등 활용되지 않는 지역에 설치할 수 있어 설치 공간에 따른 제약을 받지 않으며, 저수지, 강, 하천에서 발생한 녹조 등의 수질 오염 물질을 수질정화관(200)과 제올라이트(460)와 수생식물(480), 굴, 폐각, 미생물을 이용하여 녹조를 발생하는 인이나 질소 그리고 비점오염물질 등으로부터 수질을 정화시키고, 수변에도 발전설비를 구비하여 전기발전을 하여 대부분의 전력은 수질정화에 이용하고 남은 전력은 상업용으로 이용할 수 있으며 또한, 수면에 부유되는 부유물의 접근을 방지할 수 있어 부유물에 의해 태양광모듈이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 지속적인 사용을 통해 태양광모듈이 오염되더라도 이를 세척할 수 있어 발전 효율을 높게 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
