The present invention relates to a system to analyze vessel speed/power in a standard sailing state of an operating vessel, which uses measurement data directly measured in the operating vessel, sailing data including weather data about a sailing area, unique characteristic data of the operating vessel including simulation data, and target vessel data fixing an analysis option to analyze and provide energy efficiency of the operating vessel. According to the present invention, the system to analyze vessel speed/power in a standard sailing state of an operating vessel comprises: a resistance calculation unit (40) calculating one or more among an air resistance, an in-wave added resistance, a seawater temperature added resistance, a steering angle added resistance, and a drift angle added resistance from measurement data directly measured in the operating vessel, sailing data including weather data about a sailing area, unique characteristic information of the operating vessel, and target vessel data including a simulation result or an analysis option, so as to output the summed resistance; a vessel speed/power analysis unit (50) estimating the full resistance for analyzing a vessel speed/power, and correcting the added resistance calculated in the resistance calculation unit (40) to estimate in-static water horse power, which corresponds to a horse power of an ideal condition; a hull posture change power analysis unit (60) performing displacement correction and trim correction with respect to the in-static water horse power to analyze an in-average water vessel speed/power; and a standard sailing state vessel speed/power analysis unit (70) to analyze a standard sailing state vessel speed/power in consideration of a defined standard sailing state and the added resistance.

    본 발명은 운항중인 선박에서 직접 계측되는 계측데이터와 운항해역에 대한 기후데이터를 포함하는 운항데이터와 모형 시험 데이터를 포함하는 운항선의 고유 특성 자료와 해석옵션을 지정하는 대상선박데이터를 이용하여 운항 중인 선박에서의 에너지 효율을 분석하여 제공할 수 있도록 하는 운항선의 표준운항상태 선속-동력 해석 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기 운항선의 표준운항상태 선속-동력 해석 시스템은, 운항중인 해석 대상 선박에서 계측된 계측데이터와 운항해역에서의 기후데이터를 포함하는 운항데이터와 선박의 특성정보와 모형시험 결과 또는 해석 옵션을 포함하는 대상선박데이터로부터 선박에 미치는 공기저항, 파랑중부가저항, 해수온도부가저항, 조타각부가저항 또는 표류각부가저항 중 하나 이상을 계산하여 합산한 저항을 출력하는 저항계산부(40); 선속-동력 해석을 위한 전저항을 추정하고, 상기 저항계산부(40)에서 계산된 부가저항을 보정하여 이상적인 조건의 마력인 정수중마력을 추정하는 선속 동력해석부(50); 상기 정수중마력에 대하여 배수량 보정과 트림 보정을 수행하여 평수중 선속-동력 해석을 수행하는 선체자세변화동력해석부(60); 및 정의된 표준운항상태와 부가저항을 고려한 표준운항상태 선속-동력 해석을 수행하는 표준운항상태선속-동력해석부(70);를 포함하여 구성된다.
