본 발명의 단일 모터타입 럼버서포터 모듈은 1개의 모터(3)를 갖추고, 스위치의 신호로 구동된 모터(3)의 회전력을 럼버서포터를 갖춘 전-후유닛(10)과 백판(25)을 갖춘 업-다운 유닛(20)으로 전달하는 기어박스(5)를 갖춤으로써, 간단한 스위치(30)의 조작과 1개의 모터(3)만으로 승객의 요추부위와 등을 2가지 기능을 함께 구현할 수 있는 편리함이 있고, 이로부터 중량저감과 비용저감은 물론 보다 콤팩트한 레이아웃도 구현하는 특징을 갖는다.

    PURPOSE: A single motor type lumbar supporter module is provided to implement a compact layout and to reduce the weight and cost of a lumbar supporter by moving the lumbar supporter in every direction using a single motor. CONSTITUTION: A single motor type lumbar supporter module comprises a motor unit(2), a front-rear unit(10), an up-down unit(20), and a switch(30). The motor unit comprises a single motor(3), a flexible shaft(4), and a gear box(5). The front-rear unit is installed in the seatback frame(1) and is protruded for comfortably supporting the lumbar part of a passenger. The up-down unit is installed in the width of the seat back frame for comfortably supporting the back of the passenger. The switch controls the on-and-off of the motor for forwardly or backwardly rotating the motor and the on-and-off of output torque from the front-rear unit and up-down unit. The switch comprises a lumbar switch(31) and a back plate switch(32).
