The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation apparatus for maritime, comprising: a photovoltaic power generation module which has solar cells for receiving sunlight to generate electricity; a support frame to which the photovoltaic power generation module is mounted and fixed; a floating means which is coupled to the support frame and fixed to a part of the support frame to float the support frame on the sea and having buoyancy; and a foothold which is installed to allow a worker to stably take a step on the support frame and to move. The purpose of the present invention is to improve power generation efficiency by significantly reducing flow caused by heaving sea due to stable floating on the sea. The floating means comprises: a floating body having an upper floating body having buoyancy, a lower floating body adhered and fixed to a lower portion of the upper floating body and having density higher than the upper floating body and a core tube passing through a center of a coupling portion of the upper floating body and the lower floating body to fix the same; and supports having support tubes coupled to the support frame with a gap therebetween and to both ends of the core tube, respectively, while the both ends pass therethrough. The core tube and the support tubes are formed of a rectangular tubular body having a cross-sectional shape, which is engaged to be fitted, formed in a square shape. In addition, between the floating body and the supporting tubes, an elastic body elastically stretched is provided to support the floating body with elasticity between the supports.

    본 발명은, 해상에서의 부유가 안정적으로 이루어져 너울에 의한 유동을 현저히 감소시켜 발전효율을 향상시키도록; 태양광을 입력받아 전기를 발생하도록 된 태양전지들이 구비된 태양광발전모듈과; 상기 태양광발전모듈이 안착고정되는 지지프레임과; 상기 지지프레임에 결합되어 상기 지지프레임을 해상에서 부유하도록 상기 지지프레임의 일부위에 고정되며 부력을 가지는 부유수단과; 상기 지지프레임에 작업자가 안정적으로 디디면서 이동 가능하도록 설치되는 발판;을 포함하여 이루어지는 해상용 태양광발전장치에 있어서; 상기 부유수단은, 부력을 가지는 상부부력체와, 상기 상부부력체의 하부에 접착고정되며 상기 상부부력체보다 높은 밀도를 가지는 하부부력체와, 상기 상부부력체와 하부부력체들의 결합부위의 중앙을 중앙을 관통하면서 고정하는 심관을 가지는 부유체와; 상기 지지프레임에 사이간격을 가지면서 결합되며 상기 심관의 양단이 관통되면서 각각 결합되는 지지관을 가지는 지지대를 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 심관과 상기 지지관은, 맞춤되게 끼움결합되는 단면형상이 '사각' 형상을 가지는 사각관체로 이루어지고; 상기 부유체와 상기 지지관의 사이에는, 탄성적으로 신축되는 탄성체가 구비되어 상기 지지대들의 사이에서 상기 부유체가 탄성력을 가지면서 지지되도록 되는 해상용 태양광발전장치를 제공한다.
