The present invention relates to a hybrid ship ballast water treatment device and, more specifically, relates to an automated hybrid ship ballast treatment device which measures the salinity of inflow water used as ballast water, compares the salinity with reference salinity, treats the water by electrolysis when the water is determined as sea water, and treats the water by chemicals when the water is determined as fresh water. The ship ballast water treatment device, which treats inflow water flowing into an inflow pipe by a pump, and supplies the water to a ballast water tank according to the present invention, comprises: a salinity sensor which measures the salinity of the inflow water; a controller which determines the inflow water as sea water or fresh water in accordance with the salinity measured by the salinity sensor; a treatment pipe which connects the inflow pipe to the ballast water tank; an electrolysis tank which is installed on the treatment pipe, is operated when the inflow water is determined to be sea water in a controller, and electrolytes the inflow water to sterilize and disinfect the inflow water; and a chemical injector which is installed on the treatment pipe, is operated when the inflow water is determined to be sea water in the controller, and injects chemicals to the inflow water to sterilize and disinfect the inflow water.

    본 발명은 하이브리드 선박 평형수 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 평형수로 사용되는 유입수의 염도를 측정하고 기준염도와 비교하여 해수로 판별된 경우 전기분해방식으로 처리하고 담수로 판별된 경우 화학약품방식으로 처리하는 자동화 방식의 하이브리드 선박 평형수 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 압송펌프에 의해 유입배관으로 유입되는 유입수를 처리하여 평형수탱크로 공급하는 선박 평형수 처리장치에 있어서, 상기 유입수의 염도를 측정하는 염도센서; 상기 염도센서에서 측정된 상기 염도에 따라 상기 유입수를 해수 또는 담수로 판별하는 컨트롤러; 상기 유입배관과 상기 평형수탱크를 연결하는 처리배관; 상기 처리배관 상에 설치되어 상기 컨트롤러에서 상기 유입수가 해수로 판별될 때 작동하여 상기 유입수를 전기분해하여 살균 및 소독 처리하는 전기분해조; 및 상기 처리배관 상에 설치되어 상기 컨트롤러에서 상기 유입수가 해수로 판별될 때 작동하여 상기 유입수에 화학약품을 분사하여 살균 및 소독 처리하는 약품분사기;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 선박 평형수 처리장치를 기술적 요지로 한다.
