According to the present invention, in a turbine for a small hydroelectric power plant and a small hydroelectric power plant having the turbine, a speed increase inducement hole having a different height of a drilled position is formed on one surface of a turbine blade to increase flow velocity of introduced water, and the front turbine blade is pressurized to amplify a rotating force of the turbine. Moreover, a turbine housing in which a plurality of turbines are installed is provided to increase electricity generation efficiency of the turbines, and a lifting unit for lifting the turbine housing is provided to easily take out the heavy turbine housing under water to perform maintenance or component replacement.

    본 발명에 따른 소수력 발전장치용 터빈 및 그 터빈이 구비된 소수력 발전장치는 터빈날개의 일면에 천공되는 위치의 높이가 다른 증속유도공을 형성하여 유입된 물의 유속을 증가시키고 전방의 터빈날개를 가압하는 것으로 터빈의 회전력을 증폭시키며, 다수개의 터빈이 설치되는 터빈하우징을 구비하여 터빈의 전력생산효율을 증가하고, 터빈하우징을 승하강시키는 승하강부를 구비하여 고중량의 터빈하우징을 물속에서 손쉽게 꺼내어 정비 또는 부품교체를 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
