The present invention relates to an input circuit capable of reducing a dark current. The input device includes a pull-up resistor whose one end is connected to an input terminal, a switch unit for controlling a connection between a battery and the other end of the pull-up resistor, and a dark current reducing unit which is connected between the switch unit and the other end of the pull-up resistor and forms different current paths in a general mode and a low power mode. The dark current reducing unit has the current path in the low power mode with higher resistance than the current path in the general mode.

    본 발명은 암전류 저감이 가능한 입력 회로에 관한 것으로, 입력단에 일단이 연결된 풀업(pull-up) 저항, 풀업 저항의 다른 단과 배터리 사이의 연결을 단속하는 스위치부 및 풀업 저항의 다른 단과 스위치부 사이에 연결되고, 일반모드와 저전력모드에서 서로 다른 전류 경로가 형성되도록 하는 암전류 저감부를 포함하고, 암전류 저감부는 저전력모드에서의 전류 경로가 일반모드에서의 전류 경로 보다 높은 저항을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
