As a vehicle sensor including a load cell and a driving sensor is installed in a vehicle entering a bridge and a bridge response meter is installed in the bridge, the present invention is capable of determining whether the vehicle is overloaded or not while at the same time conducting safety diagnosis on the bridge, and also, enabling the vehicle′s driver to identify the total weight and axial weight of the vehicle including loaded cargo through the vehicle sensor before entering the bridge, thereby enabling the driver to actively manage the regulation of overloading. Since the total weight of the bridge-entering vehicle is automatically identified without any extra measurement, an overloaded vehicle, which reduces the safety of structures and paved roads, is effectively managed. In addition, weight data of the bridge-entering vehicle and movement data of the bridge according to the weight of the vehicle are measured and stored in real time and long-term analysis is conducted on the data, and thus, without extra safety diagnosis, the present invention identifies the bridge′s performance, degree of aging, and damaged areas.

    교량에 진입하는 진입차량 내에 로드셀 및 주행센서를 포함한 차량센서를 탑재하고, 교량에 교량응답 계측기를 설치함으로써 교량에 진입하기 전에 교량 진입차량의 과적 여부를 판단하고 동시에 교량의 안전진단을 실시간으로 실시할 수 있고, 또한, 차량운전자가 로드셀 및 주행센서를 포함한 차량센서에 의해 적재화물을 포함한 차량의 총중량 및 축중을 교량 진입 이전에 파악할 수 있으므로, 차량운전자는 과적 단속에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있으며, 또한, 교량 진입차량의 총중량을 별도의 계측 없이 자동으로 파악함으로써 도로포장 및 구조물의 안전을 저해하는 과적차량의 운행을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있고, 또한, 교량을 진입하는 실차량의 중량 데이터 및 이에 대응하는 차량하중에 따른 교량의 거동 데이터를 실시간으로 계측하여 저장하며, 이러한 데이터를 장기적으로 분석함으로써, 별도의 안전진단 없이도 교량의 성능, 노후화 정도, 손상의 위치 등을 파악할 수 있는, 차량센서를 활용한 교량 유지관리 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다.
