To provide a vehicle maintenance system capable of suppressing a reduction in inspection accuracy for a vehicle compared to a conventional system.SOLUTION: A vehicle maintenance system includes a vehicle state information acquisition unit 301 that acquires vehicle state information indicating a state of a vehicle, a passenger existence estimation unit 302 that compares the acquired vehicle state information with predetermined information indicating timing when no passenger is in the vehicle to estimate the presence/absence of a passenger in the vehicle, an image data acquisition unit 303 that, when it is estimated that no passenger is in the vehicle, acquires image data indicating an image of the vehicle captured by an imaging device, and an inspection unit 304 that inspects the vehicle on the basis of the acquired image data and reference image data indicating an image of the vehicle preliminary captured by the imaging device in a state where no abnormality is in the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
