One embodiment of the present invention provides a tire having a bead with improved durability, in which a wave-shaped steel chafer cord is provided and a proceeding direction of a carcass cord is formed to be vertical to a proceeding direction of the wave-shaped steel chafer cord so that crack of a terminal end of the carcass can be minimized. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the tire having a bead with improved durability comprises: the carcass having the carcass cord; and the steel chafer surrounding the outer side of the carcass and having a plurality of wave-shaped chafer cords.

    본 발명의 일실시 예는 스틸채퍼의 코드가 웨이브 형상을 구비하고, 이러한 스틸채퍼 코드의 웨이브 형상 진행 방향과 카카스 코드의 진행 방향이 수직으로 형성되므로, 카카스의 말단의 크랙을 최소화하여 비드 내구성이 향상된 타이어를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 비드 내구성을 향상시킨 채퍼 구조를 구비하는 타이어는 카카스코드(carcass cord)를 구비하는 카카스(carcass); 및 카카스의 외측을 감싸고, 웨이브(wave) 형상의 채퍼코드(chafer cord)를 복수 개 구비하는 스틸채퍼(steel chafer);를 포함한다.
