The present invention relates to a regenerative braking control apparatus for a vehicle, comprising: an interface portion for receiving driving situation information of a vehicle; an object detection apparatus for detecting an object located at the outside of the vehicle and generating object information; and a processor for determining whether or not regenerative braking is performed based on the driving situation information and the object information, and providing a signal corresponding to whether the regenerative braking is performed. The processor determines that the vehicle has not performed the regenerative braking if it is determined that the vehicle continuously drives while an accelerator pedal is in an off state or a brake pedal is in an on state.

    본 발명은 차량에 구비되는 회생 제동 제어 장치에 있어서, 차량의 주행 상황 정보를 수신하는 인터페이스부; 차량 외부에 위치하는 오브젝트를 검출하여, 오브젝트 정보를 생성하는 오브젝트 검출 장치; 및 상기 주행 상황 정보 및 상기 오브젝트 정보를 기초로 회생 제동 수행 여부를 판단하고, 회생 제동 수행 여부에 대응되는 신호를 제공하는 프로세서;를 포함하고, 상기 프로세서는, 가속 페달 오프(off) 상태 또는 브레이크 페달 온(on) 상태에서 주행을 지속하는 것으로 판단되는 경우, 회생 제동을 수행하지 않는 것으로 판단하는 차량용 회생 제동 제어 장치에 관한 것이다.
