According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for acquiring a bio-signal comprises: a radar sensor unit acquiring a bio-signal of a passenger with a radar signal; a drive unit moving the radar sensor unit; a position sensor unit sensing the position of the radar sensor unit; a gyro sensor unit acquiring position information by sensing a position change in accordance with vibration of a vehicle; and a control unit returning a current position of the radar sensor unit acquired from the position sensor unit to an original point based on the position information acquired from the gyro sensor unit.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 생체신호 획득 장치는 레이더 신호를 이용해서 탑승자의 생체 신호를 획득하는 레이더 센서부, 상기 레이더 센서부를 움직이는 구동부, 상기 레이더 센서부의 위치를 센싱하는 위치 센서부, 차량의 진동에 따른 위치 변화를 센싱해서 위치 정보를 획득하는 자이로 센서부, 상기 위치 센서부에서 획득한 상기 레이더 센서부의 현 위치를 상기 자이로 센서부에서 획득한 위치 정보를 참조로 상기 레이더 센서부의 위치를 원점으로 복귀시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
