The present invention relates to a speed-sensitive active headrest, which is, more specifically, configured to prevent in advance a danger of an accident as a headrest protrudes toward an occupants head in accordance with an approach speed and an approach distance of a rear vehicle when the vehicle enters a collision danger zone while driving, to enable prevention through repeated operations by the detection of the sensor during driving, and to when the rear vehicle collides, sense and prevent the collision through the repeated operations while driving, such as an operation of safely supporting an occupants head by maintaining a state in which the headrest and the head part of the occupant are adjacent, at the same time while preventing injuries upon collision. Furthermore, the present invention is able to minimize failure in the burst of the headrest by having a dual operation structure at the time of the occurrence of the collision danger and at the time of collision.

    본 발명은 속도감응식 능동형 헤드레스트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 운전중 후방에서 차량이 추돌 위험구간으로 진입시 후방 차량의 접근속도 및 접근거리에 따라 헤드레스트가 탑승자의 두부 측으로 돌출되어 사고로 인한 위험을 미리 예방하되, 자동차가 주행중 센서의 감지에 의해 수시로 반복 작동에 따른 예방이 가능하게 하며, 후방 차량이 추돌시 이를 감지하여 헤드레스트의 순간 돌출 및 탑승자의 두부와 근접 상태를 이루게 하여 탑승자의 머리를 안전하게 받쳐줄 수 있게 하는 등 주행중 수시 작동으로 인한 예방과 추돌시 부상의 방지가 동시에 가능하게 하며, 또한, 추돌 위험으로의 진입시와 추돌시의 이중 작동 구조를 가지게 함으로써, 헤드레스트의 오격발을 최소화시키기 위한 속도감응식 능동형 헤드레스트에 관한 것이다.
