According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of producing an integral dome structure of a propellant tank for a launcher comprises: a step of rotating a plate formed in a disc shape, vertically and horizontally pressing the same, and forming a ring shape on a circumference of the plate; and a step of producing a semispherical shape in a central part of the plate by pressing the central part of the plate to closely be placed on an inner circumferential surface of a mold. According to the present invention, a dome structure in which a ring-shaped frame unit and a semispherical dome unit are integrally formed is produced using one plate; thereby a production step simplified, and a production time reduced. Moreover, production costs are able to be saved and a welding part between the frame unit and the dome unit is excluded; thus defection in a propellant tank caused by defective welding and deformation of a welding part are able to fundamentally be blocked, and an increase in weight of the overall propellant tank by the generation of beads is able to be prevented.

    본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 발사체용 추진제 탱크의 일체형 돔 구조물 제조방법은 원판형상으로 형성된 판재를 회전시킨 후, 수직 및 수평으로 가압하여 상기 판재의 둘레에 고리형상을 형성하는 단계, 그리고 판재의 중앙부를 금형의 내주면에 밀착되도록 가압하여 상기 판재의 중앙부에 반구형상을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 하나의 판재를 이용하여 고리형상의 프레임부 및 반구형상의 돔부가 일체로 구비된 돔 구조물을 형성함으로써, 제조과정이 간소화되어 제조시간을 단축시킴은 물론, 이를 통하여 제조비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 프레임부와 돔부 간의 용접부위를 배제시켜, 용접불량 및 용접부위의 변형으로 인한 추진제 탱크의 이상을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있고, 비드의 생성으로 인해 전체 추진제 탱크의 무게 증가를 방지할 수 있다.
