The present invention provides a semi-floating type water power generator, which comprises: a buoyancy container body formed as a space for providing buoyancy and a space for installation are individually provided; a power generation unit provided in the space for installation in the buoyancy container body; a rotating body individually and fixedly installed in two rotation axes of a rotor forming the power generation unit; and a stabilizer coupled to a rear side portion of the buoyancy container body, and provided to maintain left and right balance of the buoyancy container body. Therefore, a phenomenon in which water infiltrates into the generator can be prevented, and further, even if the generator is reversed by a wind, power can be smoothly generated.

    본 발명은 부력제공용 공간 및 설치용 공간이 각각 구비되어 이루어진 부력통체와, 상기 부력통체 내의 설치용 공간에 구비되는 발전부와, 상기 발전부를 이루는 회전자의 두 회전축에 각각 고정 설치되는 회전체와, 상기 부력통체의 후방측 부위에 결합되면서 해당 부력통체의 좌우 균형을 유지하도록 제공되는 스테빌라이저를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 반잠수식 유수 발전장치가 제공되며, 이를 통해 발전기로의 물이 침투되는 현상을 방지함과 더불어 바람의 영향에 의한 뒤집힘이 발생된다 하더라도 원활한 발전이 가능하도록 한 것이다.
