The present invention relates to a vibration based-structure damage detection system using a drone, and a method thereof. Only one detachable sensor module is detachably attached to a structure such as a bridge or a building using a drone, and a non-destruction inspection is performed using the one detachable sensor module; thereby performing an effective inspection to the structure. As such, there is no influence by the required number of sensors and measurement apparatuses in accordance with small and large sized structures. The structure is able to be monitored by the drone where only one detachable sensor module is mounted; a signal is processed by a probabilistic neural network method in accordance with an electro-mechanical impedance technique as a high frequency vibration based-monitoring technique; and damage to a structure, which corresponds to impedance in accordance with each frequency, is able to be analyzed and determined.

    교량이나 빌딩과 같은 구조물에 드론을 사용하여 단지 하나의 탈부착 센서모듈을 탈부착하고, 하나의 탈부착 센서모듈을 이용하여 진동 기반의 비파괴검사를 수행함으로써 구조물의 효율적인 점검을 수행할 수 있고, 이에 따라 소형 및 대형 구조물의 크기에 따른 센서 및 계측장비 필요 개수 영향이 없으며, 단지 하나의 탈부착 센서모듈이 장착된 드론으로 구조물의 모니터링이 가능하며, 또한, 고주파수 진동 기반 모니터링 기법인 전기기계적 임피던스 기법에 따라 확률신경회로망(Probabilistic Neural Network) 방식으로 신호처리 및 주파수별 임피던스에 대응하는 구조물 손상 여부를 분석하고 판단할 수 있는, 드론을 활용한 진동 기반 구조물 손상 감지 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다.
