The present invention discloses a method of monitoring neighboring conditions of marine facilities capable of checking, in a place located at a predetermined distance, accident history information about what kind of ships have made collision accidents, or the like. The method of checking neighboring conditions of marine facilities comprises: a step of checking whether an impact is detected; a step of, when an impact is detected, transmitting an impact event signal having magnetic coordinates, rotating a camera to face a spot where the impact has occurred, zooming in on the spot, and capturing and storing an image thereof; and a step of, when an impact is not detected, rotating the camera at a predetermined interval of time, capturing an image thereof, extracting a horizon from the image, and making a panorama image based on the extracted horizon.

    어느 정도의 거리에 위치하는 장소에서 해양 시설물에 어떠한 선박이 충돌 사고를 일으켰는지 등에 대한 사고 이력 정보를 확인할 수 있는 해양 시설물의 주변 상태 모니터링 방법이 개시된다. 해양 시설물의 주변 상태 모니터링 방법은, 충격이 감지되는지의 여부를 체크하는 단계; 충격이 감지되면 자기 좌표가 포함된 충격 이벤트 신호를 송출하고, 충격 발생 지점을 향해 카메라를 회동 및 줌잉하여 영상을 촬영 및 저장하는 단계; 및 충격이 감지되지 않으면 설정된 주기로 카메라를 회동시켜 영상을 촬영하고, 영상에서 수평선을 추출하여 추출된 수평선을 기준으로 파노라마 영상을 형성하여 저장하는 단계를 포함한다.
