A disaster management system based on a drone and a monitoring system which are interconnected, according to the present invention, comprises: a plurality of monitoring sensors which are placed on a slope at regular intervals to measure the satellite position information, moisture content in soil, grade of the slope, displacement speed of the slope, temperature, and humidity, and to shoot an image of the surroundings; and a management server which receives the satellite position information, moisture content in soil, grade of the slope, displacement speed of the slope, temperature, humidity, and the shot image from the plurality of monitoring sensors through a broadband wireless communication network, and which, when operating a situation notification system in case one or more of the plurality of monitoring sensors exceeds the management standard value and leads to a situation, which demands caution, which results in sending a drone to the pertinent region to further receive images shot by the drone, collects the images shot by the drone, the images shot by the plurality of monitoring sensors, and measurement data, and to verify the situation which demands caution. The present invention aims to provide a disaster management system which is able to collect images shot by a drone and measurement data of a monitoring sensor and to accurately identify the situation of a disaster area.

    드론 및 모니터링 센서 연동 기반의 재난 관리 시스템은, 경사지에 일정 간격을 두고 배치되며, 위성위치정보, 토양의 수분 함유량, 경사지의 기울기, 경사지의 변위속도, 온도, 습도를 측정하고, 주변영상을 촬영하도록 구성되는 복수의 모니터링 센서; 및 광대역 무선 통신망을 통해 상기 복수의 모니터링 센서에서 전송된 위성위치정보, 토양의 수분 함유량, 경사지의 기울기, 경사지의 변위속도, 온도, 습도와, 촬영영상을 수신받으며, 상기 복수의 모니터링 센서 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상이 관리 기준치를 초과하여 주의상황이 발생하면 상황통보 시스템을 가동함에 있어서, 해당 지역으로 드론을 출동시켜 상기 드론의 촬영영상을 추가적으로 제공받으며 상기 드론의 촬영영상과, 상기 복수의 모니터링 센서의 촬영영상 및 측정 데이터를 취합하여 상기 주의상황을 검증하는 관리서버;를 포함한다.
