Disclosed are an emblem distinguished by a pressing process on a stainless steel material by not using an existing method which depends on an injection process and a detailed manufacturing method for the emblem based on the pressing process. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for an emblem comprises: a material obtaining step in which a processing material (10) is obtained by blanking stainless steel into a predefined shape through a pressing process; a rubber coating step in which a rubber member (20) is integrally formed into the stainless steel by performing a Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR) coating with one face of the processing material; and an adhesive application step in which an adhesive member (30) is applied on the one face of the processing material with the coated rubber member surface, wherein the rubber coating step implements combined drying by a combination of hot air and Infra-Red (IR) lamp or a combination of hot air and Medium wave Infra-Red (MIR) lamp on a relevant drying furnace in which rubber cross linking starts while generation of a pin hole or an air bubble on a surface of the rubber member is suppressed as the rubber coating step is sequentially performed in drying furnaces, each of which is set to a gradually increasing temperature.

    본 발명은 사출 공정에 의존하던 종래 방식으로부터 탈피하여 스테인리스 스틸 소재를 대상으로 한 프레스 공정에 의해 차별화된 엠블럼을 제안하고 아울러 프레스 공정에 기반을 둔 엠블럼의 보다 구체적인 제조방법에 관하여 개시되는 것으로, 스테인리스 스틸을 프레스 공정에 의해 정해진 형상으로 블랭킹(blanking)하여 가공 소재(10)를 획득하는 소재획득단계; 가공 소재 일면으로 NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber) 코팅을 실시함으로써 스테인리스 스틸에 고무부재(20)가 일체화 형성되는 고무코팅단계; 가공 소재 일면에 코팅 처리된 고무부재 표면으로 접착부재(30)를 도포하는 접착제도포단계;로 이루어지되, 위 고무코팅단계는 단계적으로 상승하는 온도로 설정된 각 건조로에서 순차 실시됨에 따라 고무부재 표면으로 핀홀 내지 기포 발생이 억제되게 하면서 고무 가교가 시작되는 해당 건조로에 대해 열풍과 IR(Infra-red) 램프 또는 열풍과 MIR(Medium wave Infra-red) 램프의 조합으로 복합 건조 실행하는 것으로 이루어진다.
