The present invention relates to a system and a method to recommend a charging station with the shortest charge standby time based on big data. The present invention includes: a driving information receiving part receiving a request for a charging station search, a predicted discharge time, and current position information from an electric vehicle; a charging station information receiving part receiving power consumption from charging stations in real time; a charge standby time calculating part receiving the power consumption from the charging station information receiving part, and calculating a charge standby time of a charging station through the power consumption when receiving the request for a charging station search from the driving information receiving part; and an optimal charging station providing part receiving the predicted discharge time and the current position information from the driving information receiving part, receiving the charge standby time from the charge standby time calculating part, and providing information about at least one optimal charging station in which the vehicle is able to arrive from the current position within the predicted discharge time and then be charged the fastest.
본 발명은 빅데이터를 기반으로 하여 충전 대기 시간이 가장 짧은 충전소를 추천해주는 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 전기자동차로부터 충전소 검색 요청, 예상방전시간 및 현재위치의 정보를 전달받는 운행정보 수신부; 충전소들로부터 전력소비량을 실시간으로 전달받는 충전소 정보 수신부; 충전소 정보 수신부로부터 전력소비량을 전달받으며, 운행정보 수신부로부터 충전소 검색 요청을 받으면, 전력소비량을 통해 충전소의 충전대기시간을 계산하는 충전대기시간 계산부; 및 운행정보 수신부로부터 예상방전시간 및 현재위치의 정보를 전달받고, 충전대기시간 계산부로부터 충전대기시간을 전달받으며, 현재위치를 기준으로 예상방전시간 내에 도달하여 가장 빠르게 충전을 할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 최적 충전소의 정보를 제공하는 최적 충전소 제공부를 포함한다.
