The present invention relates to a driver assistance apparatus contained in a vehicle having an idle stop and go (ISG) function and, more specifically, relates to a driver assistance apparatus which comprises: at least one camera acquiring an image in front of a vehicle; and a processor detecting traffic information in the image, and providing a control signal for turning on or off the ISG function based on the detected traffic information.

    본 발명은 ISG(Idle Stop and go) 기능이 구비된 차량에 포함되는 차량 운전 보조 장치에 있어서, 차량 전방의 영상을 획득하는 적어도 하나의 카메라; 및 상기 영상에서 교통 정보를 검출하고, 상기 검출된 교통 정보를 기초로 상기 ISG 기능 온(on) 또는 오프(off)를 위한 제어 신호를 제공하는 프로세서;를 포함하는 차량 운전 보조 장치에 관한 것이다.
