The present invention relates to a navigation lamp and a traffic light installed in a ship to prevent a collision between ships and to enable safe navigation and, more specifically, relates to a ship navigation lamp having an embedded heating film which completely emits light from a light source emitted from the navigation lamp to the outside while preventing ice from being formed on an outer surface of the navigation lamp of the ship operated on a cold region by forming a heating film therein; wherein the heating film performs a heating function to prevent snow, ice, frost, etc. from sticking to the outer surface of the navigation lamp installed in the ship operated on the cold region such as the North Pole, the South Pole, etc., from being formed on the outer surface of the navigation lamp.
본 발명은 선박 상호간의 충돌 등을 사전에 예방하고 안전한 항해를 확보하기 위한 선박에 설치되는 항해등 및 신호등에 관한 것으로, 북극, 남극 등의 추운 지방을 항해하는 선박에 설치되는 항해등의 내부에 항해등 외면으로 들러붙게 되는 눈, 얼음, 서리 등이 항해등 외면에 얼어 들러붙지 못하도록 방지하는 발열기능을 수행하는 히팅필름을 내설하여, 추운 지방을 운항하는 선박의 항해등의 외면에 얼음이 얼지 않고 항해등이 조사하는 광원의 빛이 얼음에 의해 가려지지 않고 완전하게 외부로 방사하도록 하는 히팅필름이 내설된 선박 항해등에 관한 것이다.
