Provided are a device for measuring neutralization of concrete structures, a system for measuring neutralization of the concrete structures using drone or robot, and a method thereof. According to the present invention, neutralization of the concrete structure such as dams or upper portions of main towers in long span bridges which is hard to approach by a measurer can be easily measured by operating a neutralization measuring device using a robot as an unmanned vehicle or a drone as an unmanned flight vehicle after installing the neutralization measuring device which measures neutralization in the concrete structures by burying the same In addition, by installing the neutralization measuring device in a spot which is hard to approach by the measurer in advance and then quickly measuring the neutralization of the concrete structures, it is possible to secure safety of the measurer and long-lasting life span of the facilities.

    콘크리트 구조물 내에 중성화 여부를 측정하는 중성화 측정장치를 매립 설치하고, 무인비행체인 드론(Drone) 또는 무인주행체인 로봇을 이용하여 중성화 측정장치를 작동시킴으로써, 계측자의 접근이 어려운 장대교량의 주탑 상단부 또는 댐 등의 콘크리트 구조물의 중성화를 용이하게 측정할 수 있고, 또한, 계측자가 접근하기 어려운 위치에 사전에 중성화 측정장치를 설치하고, 콘크리트 구조물의 중성화를 신속하게 측정함으로써 계측자의 안전과 시설물의 장수명화를 유도할 수 있는, 콘크리트 구조물의 중성화 측정 장치, 드론 또는 로봇을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 중성화 측정 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다.
