The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the charging of a battery for improving the charging efficiency of the battery with multiple battery cells. The apparatus for controlling the charging of the battery includes: discharging units for forming a discharging path in each battery cell in parallel; cell switches configured between the battery cell and the discharging unit of the discharging path, respectively; and a BMS control unit for controlling the switching of the cell switches.

    본 발명은 다수의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 배터리의 충전 효율을 개선하는 배터리 충전 제어 장치를 개시하며, 배터리 충전 제어 장치는 각 배터리 셀에 병렬로 방전 경로를 형성하는 방전부들; 상기 배터리 셀과 상기 방전 경로의 상기 방전부 사이에 각각 구성되는 셀 스위치들; 및 상기 셀 스위치들의 스위칭을 제어하는 비엠에스 제어부;를 포함한다.
