인휠 구동장치에 대한 발명이 개시된다. 개시된 인휠 구동장치는: 동력이 발생되는 모터부와, 모터부의 내측에 설치되며 모터부의 구동축과 연결되어 감속이 이루어지는 제1감속부와, 제1감속부에 축 연결되는 구동기어와, 구동기어에 맞물려 돌아가는 종동기어를 구비하는 제2감속부와, 종동기어가 둘레를 따라 설치되는 허브외륜과, 허브외륜의 내측에 삽입되어 허브외륜을 회전 가능하게 지지하며 차체에 고정된 하우징에 설치되는 허브내륜 및 허브외륜과 일체로 회전되며 외측 둘레를 따라 타이어가 설치된 휠부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    PURPOSE: An in-wheel drive device is provided to increase driving torque while reducing the size of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: An in-wheel drive device(1) comprises a motor unit(10), a first deceleration unit(20), a second deceleration unit(30), a hub outer race(50), an hub inner race(52), and a wheel member(90). The first deceleration unit decelerates the driving shaft(17) of a motor unit. The second deceleration unit comprises a driving gear(36) and a driven gear(38). The driving gear is connected to the first deceleration unit. The driven gear is installed along the outer surface of the hub outer race. The hub inner race supports the hub outer race to be rotated. The hub inner race is installed in a housing(80). The wheel member is rotated with the hub outer race.
