A shifting lever apparatus is disclosed. The shifting lever apparatus comprises: an operation unit having a fastening pin to be withdrawn or inserted in accordance with whether or not a signal is inputted; and a select lever unit coupled to a shifting lever rotated in accordance with a shifting pattern to be rotated with the shifting lever together, formed to correspond to the position of a shifting end in accordance with a shifting pattern, and having a plurality of insertion holes where the fastening pin is inserted in order to selectively allow or restrain rotation of the shifting lever in accordance with whether or not the fastening pin is inserted.

    본 발명에서는 신호 입력 여부에 따라 체결핀이 인출 또는 인입되도록 마련된 작동부; 및 변속 패턴에 따라 회동되는 변속 레버에 결합되어 변속 레버와 함께 회동되고, 변속 패턴에 따른 변속단의 위치에 대응되도록 형성되며 상기 체결핀이 삽입되는 다수의 삽입홀이 형성됨으로써, 체결핀의 삽입 여부에 따라 변속 레버의 회동이 선택적으로 허용 또는 제한되도록 하는 셀렉트 레버부;를 포함하는 변속 레버 장치가 소개된다.
