The present invention relates to a new manufacturing method which is capable of more easily, conveniently, and inexpensively manufacturing a lashing hook or a towing hook for lashing installed to tow a vehicle, and has required sufficient strength and performance, thereby drastically contributing to a reduction of costs, improvement of productivity, and securing of safety of quality. In other words, when a ring-shaped hook portion (10) is manufactured by bending by using a round bar made of metal, an incomplete body with both ends regularly widened from each other is merely prepared, reduction efficiency of processes and costs according thereto are very large, and a portion which includes the circumference of the ring-shaped hook portion (10) and a supporting stick (20) and in which both ends of the ring-shaped hook portion (10) are widened at the time of coupling the ring-shaped hook portion (10) to the supporting stick portion (20) are welded together, thereby drastically helping process efficiency while reducing costs. There is an increase in efficiency of the coupling force and strength between the ring-shaped hook portion (10) and the supporting stick portion (20).

    본 발명은 자동차의 견인 등을 목적으로 설치되는 고박용 래싱훅 또는 토잉훅을 보다 쉽고 편리하면서도 저렴하게 제조할 수 있는 동시에 요구되는 충분한 강도 및 성능까지 갖출 수 있어 원가절감과 생산성 향상 및 품질의 안전성 확보에도 크게 기여할 수 있는 새로운 제조법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 금속재의 환봉을 이용하면서 링형 후크부(10)를 벤딩으로 제조할 때 양끝이 서로 일정하게 벌어진 미완전체의 상태로 단순하게 준비하면 됨으로 이에 따른 공정과 비용의 절감효율이 매우 클 뿐 아니라, 링형 후크부(10)와 지지용 자루부(20)간 용접에 의한 결합시에는 링형 후크부(10)와 지지용 자루부(20)간 만나는 둘레를 포함하고 링형 후크부(10) 양끝이 벌어진 부위가 함께 용접이 한꺼번에 이루어지기 때문에 공정과 비용의 절감효율은 물론 링형 후크부(10)와 지지용 자루부(20)간 결합력 및 강도의 증감효율에 크게 도움이 될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
