부유식 발전플랜트의 냉각수 배출 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 부유식 발전플랜트의 냉각수 배출 시스템은, 선박 또는 해양 구조물에 마련되며 연료를 공급받아 전력을 생산하는 가스 발전부; 상기 가스 발전부에서 배출되는 고온 가스를 열원으로 증기를 생성하여 발전하는 스팀 발전부; 및 상기 선박 또는 해양 구조물에 마련되며 해수를 저장하여 선체 균형을 유지하는 밸러스트 탱크부를 포함하되, 상기 스팀 발전부에서 발전 후 배출되는 증기는 해수와의 열교환으로 복수하여 순환되고, 상기 증기와 열교환된 해수는 상기 밸러스트 탱크부를 통해 냉각되어 배출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    A coolant discharge system for a floating type power plant and a coolant discharge method therefor are disclosed. According to the present invention, a coolant discharge system for a floating type power plant comprises: a gas power generation unit provided in a ship or an offshore structure and receiving a fuel to generate power; a steam power generation unit generating steam using a high temperature gas discharged from the gas power generation unit as a heat source to generate the power; and a ballast tank unit provided in the ship or the offshore structure and storing sea water to maintain balance of a ship body. The steam discharged after the steam power generation unit generating the power thermally exchanges heat with the sea water to recover the water to circulate, and the sea water thermally exchanges heat with the steam is cooled through the ballast tank unit to be discharged.
