Disclosed is a driving situation perceiving method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driving situation perceiving method comprises: a step of dividing a video which records a driving situation of a first region into image data and sound data; a step of comparing accident reference data generated in advance by analyzing an accident video of a second region and at least one of the image data and the sound data; a step of determining whether a traffic accident occurs, and to judge possibility of a traffic accident based on the comparison result.

    주행상황 인지 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 주행상황 인지 방법은 제1지역의 주행상황에 대하여 촬영된 동영상을 영상정보와 소리정보로 분리하고, 그 영상정보 및 소리정보 중 적어도 하나를 제2지역의 교통사고에 대한 동영상을 분석하여 미리 생성된 사고 참조 정보와 비교한 후, 그 비교 결과에 기초하여 교통사고 발생 여부 및 발생 가능성을 판단한다.
