운반 적부(stowage) 지시 계산기(3)는, 제품 정보 파일(41) 등을 읽어내어 입력한 후(S1), 선창 정보 파일(45) 등을 참조하여, 출하 대상 제품(C)을 선창(171) 내에 적부하는 작업 과정에 관한 작업 제약을 충족하는 조건하에서 출하 대상 제품(C)의 적부 순서를 계획한다(S3). 이어서, 적재 조건을 설정한다(S5). 그리고, 팰릿(pallet) 재치 장소(1∼4)에 반송 팰릿(7)을 재치하는 작업 과정에 관한 작업 제약을 충족하는 조건하에서 팰릿 재치 장소(1∼4)에 대한 반송 팰릿(7)의 재치 또는 교체를 재현하면서, 적재 조건에 따라 재치 또는 교체된 반송 팰릿(7) 상에 출하 대상 제품(C)을 적부 순서로 배치해 감으로써, 출하 대상 제품(C)의 팰릿 적재 계획을 작성한다(S7).

    A transport and stowage instruction computer (3) reads out and inputs (S1) a product information file (41), then references a ship hold information file (45), and plans (S3) a stowage sequence for shipment products (C) under conditions that satisfy work restrictions related to a work process for stowing the shipment products (C) in a ship hold (171). The loading conditions are subsequently set (S5).
