The present invention provides a hydrogen supply apparatus for a submarine and an underwater vessel using a cutting method, comprising: a material supply unit supplying metal source materials which generates hydrogen by reacting with an electrolyte solution; a cutting unit which receives the metal source materials from the material supply unit and cuts the metal source materials into pieces to form a slice shape; and a reaction unit which generates hydrogen by receiving the metal source materials cut from the cutting unit sequentially or temporarily and making chemical reaction with the electrolyte solution. In addition, the present invention also provides a hydrogen supply method.

    본 발명은 전해질 용액과 반응하여 수소를 발생시키는 금속 원재료를 공급하는 재료 공급부와; 상기 재료 공급부로부터 상기 금속 원재료를 공급 받아 슬라이스 형상을 이루도록 다수로 절단하는 절단부와; 상기 절단부로부터 절단되는 다수의 금속 원재료를 순차적 또는 일시적으로 공급받아 전해질 용액과 화학반응시켜 수소를 발생시키는 반응부를 포함하는 절단 방식을 사용한 잠수함 및 수중함용 수소공급장치를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 수소 공급 방법도 제공한다.
