The present invention discloses a hydrogen assisted crack prediction system, and a method thereof. The hydrogen assisted crack prediction system comprises: a finite element model generating part generating a finite element model corresponding to an input weld basic material information; a finite element analyzing part performing heat transference finite element analysis and hydrogen diffusion infinite element analysis in accordance to a preset method with respect to the infinite element module using a thermal boundary condition and a hydrogen density condition regarding each weld pass to generate heat transference infinite element analysis information and hydrogen diffusion infinite element analysis information; a weld metal residual hydrogen density determining part determining a maximum value of the hydrogen diffusion infinite element analysis information with respective to each weld pass as weld metal residual hydrogen density; a critical hydrogen density determining part calculating a minimum value of nominated critical hydrogen density values as critical hydrogen density, the nominated critical hydrogen density values being calculated using hardness information on the weld metal and strength information on a weld rod which is calculated using the heat transference infinite element analysis information with respective to each weld pass; and a determining part comparing the value of the weld metal residual hydrogen density with the value of the critical hydrogen density to output a result information.
