The invention discloses a method for predicting a tire crack path. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, establishing a finite element model; 2, performing data processing on the two-dimensional finite element model; 3, rotating the two-dimensional finite element model into a three-dimensional model, and performing statics simulation analysis on the three-dimensional model to obtain a corresponding analysis result; step 4, screening out associated grid units sharing nodes with the crack units, and extracting strain values in the associated grid units; 5, taking the associated grid unit with the highest vulnerability index as a vulnerable unit, combining the vulnerable unit with the crack unit to obtain a new crack unit, and deleting the vulnerable unit from the grid unit set; and step 6, repeating the steps until an iteration termination condition is met, and obtaining a crack propagation path formed by the crack units. The invention further provides a device for predicting the tire crack path. According to the method provided by the invention, the tire crack propagation path can be quickly and accurately predicted without inputting tire additional material parameters.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎裂纹路径的预测方法,包括:步骤1、有限元模型的建立;步骤2、对二维有限元模型进行数据处理;步骤3、对二维有限元模型旋转成三维模型,对三维模型进行静力学仿真分析,获得对应的分析结果;步骤4、筛选出与裂纹单元共用节点的关联网格单元,并提取关联网格单元内的应变值;步骤5、以易损指数最高的关联网格单元作为易损单元,并与裂纹单元进行合并获得新的裂纹单元,同时将易损单元从网格单元集中删除;步骤6、重复上述步骤,直至满足迭代终止条件,获得由裂纹单元构成的裂纹扩展路径。本发明还提供了一种预测轮胎裂纹路径装置。本发明提供的方法无需输入轮胎附加材料参数,即可快速、准确的预测轮胎裂纹扩展路径。
