A low-noise impeller shafting system provided in a large cavitation tunnel is disclosed. The low-noise impeller shafting system provided in a large cavitation tunnel comprises: an impeller (110) which performs a function of allowing water accommodated in the large cavitation tunnel to flow to a tunnel observation portion of an upper section at a preset flow rate through rotational force and is positioned in an impeller duct (b) of the large cavitation tunnel; an impeller shaft (120) which is formed in the shape of a cylinder with a hollow, is coupled to one end of the impeller (110) through a flange bolt, and is positioned in a shaft duct (c) of the large cavitation tunnel; a cylindrical intermediate shaft (140) which is fixed in the shaft duct (c) through three bearing brackets (130) separated at intervals of 120 degrees, and has a multi-stage hollow such that a length thereof can be variable according to the length of the shaft duct (c); and a motor shaft (170) which is coupled to the intermediate shaft (140) through a sleeve coupling (150), and includes a motor shaft bearing (160) supporting the weight of a shaft and a load applied to the shaft at the time of rotating according to the drive of a motor (M) provided outside the large cavitation tunnel at one end thereof, wherein the bearing brackets (130) are coupled to an intermediate shaft bearing (125) provided at the center of the intermediate shaft (c).
