The present invention relates to a pad for a wheel guard of a vehicle for reducing noise due to foreign substances such as soil, pollutant or water splashed from a wheel by being installed on the wheel guard of the vehicle which is a body of a part corresponding to an upper part of the vehicle wheel. The pad for the wheel guard of the vehicle includes: a non-woven fabric which mainly prevents the noise generated as the foreign substances are splashed to the wheel guard; and a coating layer which is coated on an upper part of the non-woven fabric, and prevents the noise delivered to the upper part through the non-woven fabric, and blocks contaminated water or oil which can wet the non-woven fabric by being inputted into a lower part from the upper part of the non-woven fabric. Moreover, the present invention can obtain the effect of: solving a problem that the non-woven fabric is wet due to the contaminated water or oil dropping onto an upper part of the pad, by having a coating layer coated with a water-proof mixture showing waterproofness or durability on an upper plane of the non-woven fabric; solving a problem that sound absorption of the pad decreases by preventing the non-woven fabric from being wet due to the contaminated water or oil; and preventing damage to durability due to freezing of the pad and damage to the pad due to the contaminated water or oil, by assuring waterproofness through a basic resin included in the water-proof mixture, and assuring durability and chemical-resistance through a Polyether ether ketone copolymer resin.
