The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a hinge torque of a control surface of an aircraft. The apparatus comprises: a planar control surface; a support of which an upper end is connected to an installation hole formed along a central shaft of the control surface through a hinge; and a servo motor connected with the control surface. The present invention removes faults of a hinge torque measurement method using an existing flexure or a pin balance to reduce manufacturing costs of a model of a wind tunnel test corresponding to various angles of the control surface required by the wind tunnel test requirements and minimize a position change of the control surface due to the time required for replacing the model and labor cuts and wind pressure so as to accurately and rapidly measure the hinge torque during the wind tunnel test.

    본 발명은 비행체 조종면 힌지 토크 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 판상의 조종면과, 조종면의 중심축을 따라 형성된 장착공에 힌지를 통해 상단이 연결된 받침대와, 조종면과 연결된 서보모터를 포함하며, 기존 플렉쳐나 핀 밸런스를 사용한 힌지토크 측정 방법의 단점을 극복하여 풍동시험요구조건에서 요구되는 다양한 조종면 각도에 해당하는 풍동시험 모형 제작비용 감소, 모형 교체 소요 시간과 인력 축소 및 풍압에 의한 조종면의 위치 변화를 최소화하여 풍동시험 시 정확하고 신속한 힌지토크 측정이 가능한 효과가 있는 비행체 조종면 힌지 토크 측정장치를 제공한다.
