The liquid cooling plug-in assembly (1) comprises a first fixed plate (11), a floating plate (12), at least one first elastic piece (14), and a plurality of plug-in pieces (13); the plurality of plug-in pieces (13) are all connected to the floating plate (12); a movement cavity (111) is formed in the first fixed plate (11); the floating plate (12) and the first elastic piece (14) are both located in the movement cavity (111), and the floating plate (12) is in floating connection with the first fixed plate (11) by means of the first elastic piece (14). The liquid cooling plug-in apparatus comprises a matching plug-in assembly (2) and said liquid cooling plug-in assembly (1), and the matching plug-in assembly (2) is detachably connected to the liquid cooling plug-in assembly (1). The battery pack assembly comprises said liquid cooling plug-in apparatus. The floating plate (12) is in floating connection with the first fixed plate (11) by means of the first elastic piece (14), so that the plug-in pieces (13) have a large floating amount, the connection stability is greatly enhanced, and phenomena of an outflow and splashes of a liquid in the plug-in pieces (13) are effectively avoided.
