To provide a ride-hailing service system, ride-hailing service method, and program capable of upgrading the usefulness of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A ride-hailing service system includes a communication unit that communicates with an onboard communication device, a user's terminal device, or a charging facility, a receiving unit that allows a memory to store vehicle notification information which is received by the communication unit and contains identification information on an electric vehicle, position information on the electric vehicle, and information representing the charged condition of the electric vehicle, a determination unit that determines based on a vehicle request, which the communication unit has received from the onboard communication device or user's terminal device, and the vehicle notification information, which is stored in the memory, whether a ride-hailing service for the charged electric vehicle can be provided to a user who is a transmission source of the vehicle request, and a management unit that, when the determination unit determines that the ride-hailing service for the electric vehicle can be provided, outputs information instructing allocation of the electric vehicle for which it is determined that the ride-hailing service can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
