【課題】アルミホイールの塗装下地処理における被膜付着量のバラツキが抑制され良好な品質の被膜を安定して形成する表面処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】浸漬工程は、アルミホイールを水平且つ意匠面を上に向けた状態で移動用置き台に載せて処理槽移載装置により処理水槽上に配置し、移動用置き台を降下させてアルミホイールを水平且つ意匠面を上に向けた状態で処理水槽中に沈め、処理水槽中で移動用置き台を上下動させてアルミホイールを水平且つ意匠面を上に向けた状態で処理水槽中にて上下揺動し、移動用置き台を上昇させてアルミホイールを水平且つ意匠面を上に向けた状態で処理水槽から引き上げる各ステップを有する。乾燥工程は、アルミホイールを液温が室温よりも高く加温された最終の処理水槽から搬出後直ちに回転水切り装置にて水平に保持して水平方向に回転させて水切りを行うことでアルミホイールの自熱に加えて強制乾燥させる。【選択図】図4

    To provide a surface treatment method for suppressing a variation in a film deposition amount in coating substrate treatment of an aluminum wheel to stably form an excellent quality film.SOLUTION: An immersion step comprises: placing an aluminum wheel on a movable placing stand in the state of horizontally and upwardly facing a design surface to arrange the aluminum wheel on a treated water tank by a treatment tank transfer device; falling the movable placing stand to sink the aluminum wheel into the treated water tank in the state of horizontally and upwardly facing the design surface; vertically moving the movable placing stand in the treated water tank to vertically swing the aluminum wheel in the treated water tank in the state of horizontally and upwardly facing the design surface; and raising the movable placing stand to pull the aluminum wheel from the treated water tank in the state of horizontally and upwardly facing the design surface. A drying step comprises compulsively drying the aluminum wheel in addition to the self-heating of the aluminum wheel by taking the aluminum wheel from the last treated water tank having a solution temperature higher than a room temperature and promptly horizontally holding, horizontally rotating and draining the aluminum wheel by a rotation draining device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
