To provide a non-slip structure for a tread surface of an aluminum step board which makes it possible to pass safely, and a ferry bridge for a small ship using the aluminum step board.SOLUTION: An aluminum step board 2 has a predetermined material thickness and a predetermined material width, and is formed into a strip-shaped flat plate that is long in the vertical direction. A flat upper surface of the step board 2 forms a tread surface 3. On the upper surface of the step board 2, a large number of concave grooves 4 are provided to extend between front and rear edges of the step board 2 so as to prevent skidding at positions separated by a predetermined interval in the width direction, and an uneven surface is formed by the tread surface 3 and the concave grooves 4. The tread surface 3 is provided with innumerable scratch-like shallow streak-like grooves 6 that do not follow the walking direction so as to overlap each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
