The present disclosure provides a method for controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), head-mounted display glasses, and a system. The method comprises: displaying a movable mark (10); acquiring input information; and moving, according to the input information, the movable mark (10) to control the UAV. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the input information is acquired through the head-mounted display glasses (50), and the head-mounted display glasses (50) may be configured to control a cursor (11) to move on a screen (52) according to a user's posture information. Alternatively, the head-mounted display glasses (50) may be configured to control the cursor (11) to move on the screen according to direction information for moving the cursor (11) input by the user through an input device. After the cursor (11) moves to a target point on the screen (52), the target point is selected according to selection instruction input by the user and the UAV is controlled to enter a corresponding flight mode or control mode as so as realize a method of controlling the UAV, such as pointing flight, smart follow, camera focus, or the like.
