To obtain an electrically-driven cylinder device which can inhibit a rotary member from being removed from a rotation transmission member as one example.SOLUTION: As one example, an electrically-driven cylinder device according to an embodiment has: a rotation transmission member which is configured to rotate around a rotation axis and is provided with a through hole extending in an axial direction; a rotary member which has a screw part provided with a first thread, and a protruding part protruding from the screw part in a first axial direction and fitted in the through hole, the rotary member provided with a hole located at an end of the protruding part in the first axial direction; a linear motion member which has a second thread to be attached to the first thread through balls, moves in the first axial direction or a second axial direction in response to rotation of the rotary member, and moves in the second axial direction to push a piston; a motor which rotationally drives the rotary member; and an extension member which is fitted in the hole and expands the protruding part so as to inhibit the protruding part from being removed from the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
