To provide an overhead line deviation adjustment device that simplifies installation, operation, and removal, improves the efficiency of deviation adjustment work and reduces working time.SOLUTION: An overhead line deviation adjustment device 1 is configured to adjust the deviation in an extension orthogonal direction of a suspension overhead line M fixed to a suspension overhead line support metal fitting 26 on a movable bracket 20. The overhead line deviation adjustment device 1 supports: a pair of trapezoidal screws 5, 5 arranged in parallel to a frame 2 in a manner of being able to advance/retract in the axial direction with respect to the suspension overhead line M and unable to rotate around the axis on the frame 2 that can be detachably attached to the attachment metal fitting 8a on a main pipe 21 to which an overhead line support member 26 is fixed; and an operating bolt 3 such that a bolt head 10 on the opposite side can be operated to rotate around the axis by making the tip surfaces of coaxial shaft parts 11 abut each other in an orthogonal direction. The trapezoidal screws 5 are fed in the axial direction through the rotation operation of the operating bolt 3 via a worm wheel 6 held by the frame 2, and the suspension overhead line M engaged with a pair of pulleys 14a, 14b is pushed and pulled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
