To enable an increase in the amount of accommodation of the surplus length of a wiring member while reducing the amount of deformation of the wiring member.SOLUTION: A surplus length accommodating unit 50 of a wiring member includes: an internal support target part 42; a wiring member 40 including a movable side wiring region 44 extending from the internal support target part to one side and a fixed side wiring region 46 extending from the internal support target part to the other side; and a surplus length accommodating device 52 for accommodating a surplus length produced in the movable side wiring region of the wiring member. The surplus length accommodating device includes: a surplus length accommodating case 60 that accommodates a surplus length portion of the movable side wiring region; a rotation member 90 including a winding core portion 92 that supports the internal support target part, and rotatably supporting the winding core portion in the surplus length accommodating case; and a rotation urging member 98 that urges the rotation member in a direction of winding up the surplus length portion. The surplus length accommodating case includes a surplus length accommodating space 62S1 that allows a change in the size of a spiral formed by the surplus length portion around the winding core portion by pushing the movable side wiring region into the surplus length accommodating case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
