To improve a detection accuracy of a moving object in a moving object detection system without incurring a long-term measurement or incurring a cost.SOLUTION: A moving object detection system according to the present invention reads vibration data as learning-purpose measuring data, and generates two or more pieces of learning-purpose data from the learning-purpose measuring data, some of which are used for forming a learning model that overlaps in time with the other learning-purpose data.
