To prevent, with simple constitution, abnormal heat generation due to damage of a heat generation layer of a planar heat generation body.SOLUTION: A heater device 20 comprises: planar heat generation bodies 24 which each have a heat generation layer having a carbon material arranged evenly; and a conductive wire 30 which has zigzag parts 32 overlapping the planar heat generation bodies, respectively, and is electrically connected to the planar heat generation bodies 24. Therein when the wire 30 is cut, electricity feeding to the planar heat generation bodies 32 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
