To provide a regenerative control device that can generate regenerative braking force (deceleration) in accordance with a running situation of a vehicle and also a preference of a driver and can further reduce a feeling of strangeness of the driver.SOLUTION: An HEV-CU 70 comprises: a regenerative control part 701 that adjusts a regeneration amount (regenerative braking force) in accordance with target deceleration set in accordance with a running situation of a vehicle, during deceleration; a deceleration excess/deficiency determining part 702 that determines whether deceleration is excess or deficient, on the basis of a driving state of a driver; a target deceleration learning part 703 that obtains a learning value determined by increasing or decreasing target deceleration in accordance with degrees of the determined excess/deficiency of the deceleration; and a learning value reflecting part 704 that reflects the learning value of the target deceleration obtained in the running situation of the vehicle which has not varied, after the running situation of the vehicle has varied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
